Change of Scene

I had my friend, Joanne, come to help me with my womb. Not finished yet, but the closet is neatly crammed to capacity. We moved one of the loveseats and my computer table into the living room. The daybed will be coming in here. Okay, so I had over 24 hours of no computer. The desk hadn't been moved yet, but I couldn't take it anymore. This morning I moved it myself. I turned the bugger and moved it, inch by inch, using a rubber backed rug for my butt and my legs and arms for pushing, pulling, and shoving. I bet the lady bug on the wall had a good chuckle! Jack and Jill came tripping in here, looking confused. The rest of the room looks terrible yet, but I am online!
Yes, I did move it with all the stuff on it.

The new view from my womb.
Now that I have had my "fix", I am going to go watch TV, this old lady is ready to lay down! Have a great day!

    1. But can you just imagine taking all that stuff off and then trying to figure out where it all belonged and messing with all the cables? That would have been too much work - besides, the old computer weighs a ton! I am fine, just very tired.

  4. I absolutely love your view Sharon! I would take a pretty country setting like yours over my busy street any day! And I had to laugh when you talked about how you moved the desk. It reminded me so much of myself... that's exactly what I would do and how I would do it. Now rest, and enjoy your womb ;-)

  5. Yes you do have a pretty view. Throw rugs are the best for moving heavy objects. When I was young my husband never knew where his bed was going to be when he came home. Too old to do much of that stuff anymore.

  6. Must be a good feeling feeling to get that done, Sharon!
Your view could be anywhere in rural Nova Scotia! And here I thought the 'south' was full of palm trees and orange groves!! lol
