"Whatcha doin'?"


Okay, I am always a day late and a dollar short - I was going to take pictures yesterday for wordless Wednesday, but it was raining. Sue me. I have taken to feeding my birds on the window sill. Most pictures (as usual) don't pan out, but I thought these little friends were post worthy. It's kinda nice to look up from my reading to see somebody watching me.

    Hello Sharon, what 'lovely' little birds. To me they look like a redheaded/chested sparrow - what's their proper name?

    Is that where my housefinches go to spend the winter? NO, it is colder there than here, what's going on? And we had to tear down their nests as the eaves were repaired. Yours are so cute and feeding them like that must give you so muc joy, watching them.

      Having brain fog about their winter home, Inger. Thinking they may stay, but honestly, I just can't recall. (Maybe tomorrow, LOL)
