Almost wordless Wednesday

DH first tomato

DH Garden Tomato and banana peppers.

DH Yard tomato - yeah, we had a handy hole.

Bedroom planter seen from the yard through the window.

Reflection of across the road and yard.
Tallest stuff (dim) is mint that hasn't fallen over yet.
Can't really see Tim.

    1. So far, we are cooler too. We had a real cool June about 20 years ago and the whole month was cool. July was the devil's pits though. :-)

  7. Hey lady, welcome back! I have not seen a tomato yet but then again I am still waiting on a bloom! Thinking my yard don't get enough sun. I put my mint plant in a pot in the garden and it took off, grew like wild...but now I notice it has yellow spots on the leaves. We have had so much rain and I think it might be getting too much. Have a great day.

    1. Not really back ... my doctor put me on Prednisone and I am a bundle of nervous energy. I really should have my foot up - it still looks like an over inflated football.
Having the mint inside has kept it out of all this rain.
It is a nice clear day today, though!

  9. Tomato looks good! Recall picking wild mint at my grandmother's when I was a child. Yours looks good! I should start some in a pot. I stopped growing lettuce, tomatoes a few years ago. Have been thinking recently of starting again. Musings in Hawaii has me thinking it might be fun to grow a pineapple in a pot.

    1. DH's tomato was deliciously red to the core and no crunch! (He shared) He has lots of green ones started too, the big ones! Had my first fresh mint tea the other night, nice! Pineapple plant, hmm ...
