Old Memories

I ordered The Rockford Files DVD series from Amazon. Seems it was a bad time. It was supposed to come Wednesday, but as you know, everything road wise had come to a standstill. I got a message, it was going to come Thursday. I also ordered a couple other things. They were supposed to come Wednesday, but due to unforeseen circumstances (they shipped form Chattanooga to Nashville and said oops and returned them to Chattanooga), they were supposed to arrive on Thursday from Nashville. Doh!

Thursday - came and went. 'Due to weather or natural disaster' my stuff would arrive on Friday before 8:00 p.m. Well, Friday at 7:26 p.m., the packages came, but DH neglected to let me know. So, there I was at Midnight watching my first (in a very long time) Rockford File. Ah, the memories!
I was in love ... with his car!

  1. They were really good shows. Sorry about your weather mess, I hope your pipes and other things are working. I think about you all in the South these days when I watch the weather reports on TV. Snuggle up and enjoy the shows. I'm watching old Inspector Morse shows on my kindle, they are really good too.

  11. At least Amazon does its best to keep us informed of any hiccups in delivery. Hope it was worth the wait.

  13. I swear I must have been asleep all during the 70's, 80's and 90's. Not sure I ever heard of this show. Good thing I don't plan to go on JEOPARDY, because I'd never be able to answer any questions about sports or entertainment.
