You all know (or you should by now) how crazy I am about the moon. (Maybe it's from the moon?) Here are my attempts at catching that bloody super moon eclipse. I will say that I was very, extremely, profoundly, heartrendingly disappointed. I saw no "blood." All I could see the whole time it was eclipsed was black. My camera was a disappointment to me too, and my arms, the whole thing. Naturally, Tacky cat came to see what I was doing and wanted to help.

I did see a lot of wonderful shots contributed by those lucky enough to actually see the event. Thanks, Y'all!
We didn't see much either even though we went in and out checking.
ReplyDeleteI [dummy] sat out there hoping for a shot. :/
DeleteYour view was about like ours -- We'll just have to wait for the next one in about 20 years! :-)
ReplyDeletePS: THANKS for your thoughts on Buddy.... I've gone through everything I can think of, and appreciated your thoughts as to what it could be -- Dentally, he's okay...
Guess I will have to be content with everyone's published photos.
DeleteGlad it's not his teeth, but it would be nice to have an answer.
We did not see much of anything... Thanks for sharing your shots. Not bad considering.. ;-)
ReplyDeleteThe worst thing about that whole sitting outside thing was that at the very last, I could see STARS directly overhead! If only the mess hadn't moved out sooner! Then my battery died - it's the kind you have to plug in ...
DeleteThe exact moment of the eclipse happened during the middle of the day here. So very anticlimactic. So I enjoy any pics I get to see. Thanks for sharing xxxx
ReplyDeleteAw... That ruined it, didn't it? That had it live streaming, but I if you are on a limited budget of GB on your internet - it would have cost! I did the live streaming once - enough said.
