I planned to post earlier, but I had this irresistible urge to take a nap first. Now, of course, I feel more like crap than refreshed. DH never made it to town today, seems he had the same urge. So, instead of buying 3 "For Sale" signs for the yard ornaments, sleep won us both. I didn't take a picture of the truck - it needs to go too or be swapped for something that is more desirable and trustworthy.

Have a wonderful weekend!
haha. i just got up from a nap, too. :) good luck selling those!
ReplyDeleteHave had people bugging me about the Alfa for several years.
DeleteNaps always come first.
ReplyDeleteSometimes they need to, lol.
DeleteDon't you have a wreckers yard close by that will take them off your hands? Lots of spare parts there by the look of it.
ReplyDeleteOh, my no! There is nothing wrong with my car, I have given up driving. The Alfa is a perfect project car for a dad and his boy, everything is there, but the cat decided it was a good place to live (and claw)
DeleteWe too have yard art in our backyard. A big red old Suburban the husband is using for parts while putting a new motor in his truck. It is getting a bit old.
ReplyDeleteOne extra isn't bad ... not really. DH has a "work car" (I gave him my silver Buick), and then he has his convertible, now he has the '41 Dodge, and then there is his bleep truck. This is beside the two in the picture. Too many to tag and pay insurance on, you know?
DeleteAh, yes. We have had those from time to time... Fortune would have it, Husband waits, lets it marinate for a bit, usually no longer than 2 weeks, then we get a for sale sign on it... And I guess I am not the only one that doesn't do well always after a nap. Husband is up, perky, ready to go, I resemble a fluffy slug.

What is it with guys? Fall asleep in a minute and wake up wide eyed and bushy (or whatever).
DeleteMowing the yard means moving the cars - except the red one, it hasn't moved in three years or so - ever since he decided to fine tune it. My husband is a great electrician, mechanic - not so much.
