I can be just as stubborn ...
They still need a little coaxing, but it's working - mostly. Last night, I thought I smelled PePe Le Phew and had to do a search of the house, thought he may have snuck in. Luckily - he did not. So - the big door will have to be shut as soon as the sun goes down ...
Awesome! Way to go Jack and Jill!!' They are both ising it, right?
ReplyDeleteYep, after a fashion. They peek, hop through in a flash (if they are so inclined), and then streak through as if the hounds of hell are after them. (Sometimes they just peek and stay on whatever side of the flap they are.) I think they have each gained a pound from the treats I bribed them with.
DeleteI like our doggie and kitty door. Sure come sin handy.
ReplyDeleteIt is nice not to be the doorman all of the time.
DeleteGood progress. Keep up the good work. Yes, you do need to be mindful of any other visitors who might not be intimidated by the pet door.
ReplyDeleteTacky has not attempted it yet. I almost (I think) wish she would - just to come in to eat, I believe we are feeding more that one cat, maybe even PePe.
DeleteIt's a nice looking door. Bet it won't be long they will be so proud of it.
ReplyDeleteIt came with a vacation cover and I seem to have misplaced it. I would rather have had it in the wall ...
DeleteWomen can generally out stubborn most things once they set their minds to it. :-)
ReplyDeleteWe are versatile. :-)
DeleteAwww, that is cute. I wouldn't want any surprise visitors for sure.
ReplyDeleteI would still like to have a fence, you know?
DeleteNope I wouldn't want any unwelcome visitors either. Especially not the smelly kinds.
