Everybody has snow ...

Except us! This is an old photo from January 2011. I thought I'd post this for all the folks who are under the delusion that it is always warm and sunny in Tennessee. Heck, we are almost in Alabama! Jill was only a couple of years old and she loved the snow and playing in it with Daddy.
We may not have snow now, but it's down right chilly!

  1. We don't have snow either lol
Really wish we would finish with summer and get with winter. But I'm glad we don't get lots of snow

  2. We don't get snow and our winters must seem warm to you when you hear our temperatures, but after the heat of our summers, we feel downright chilly in July, August and September.
Today, our outside temperature is 34C which is 93.2 in your lingo, but my living room is a cool 22C, that's 71.6, which is very comfortable for me.

  3. Very pretty but I would get cabin fever quick. We haven't seen a snow in years.

  4. Yes, it's hard for me to think of Tenn. having snow but can't dispute that photo. Am looking forward to cool down here, then rain next week. We all get unexpected weather, don't we in this climate changing environment.

  5. I'm moving into spring but it has been known for snow to arrive even as late as summer. I'm not saying I want it, though, heaven forbid!

  6. Love this picture! I hear from my upstate NY friends and family that they are getting hit very hard. Schools closed for 2 days now. I have about 11 more days of warm FL weather before heading home. Sure hope the snow melts by then!

  7. Snow is almost worth it when you have a puppy to watch playing in the stuff. Hope it warms up down there soon!

  8. We had snice. Mostly ice, with a deceptive sprinkling of snow. Stayed inside.

    1. Sorry about that. That is usually what we get, rather than snow.
