Except us! This is an old photo from January 2011. I thought I'd post this for all the folks who are under the delusion that it is always warm and sunny in Tennessee. Heck, we are almost in Alabama! Jill was only a couple of years old and she loved the snow and playing in it with Daddy.
We may not have snow now, but it's down right chilly!
We don't have snow either lol
ReplyDeleteReally wish we would finish with summer and get with winter. But I'm glad we don't get lots of snow
I always long for moderating temperatures. :-)
DeleteWe don't get snow and our winters must seem warm to you when you hear our temperatures, but after the heat of our summers, we feel downright chilly in July, August and September.
ReplyDeleteToday, our outside temperature is 34C which is 93.2 in your lingo, but my living room is a cool 22C, that's 71.6, which is very comfortable for me.
Seems we both have our weather demons. :-)
DeleteVery pretty but I would get cabin fever quick. We haven't seen a snow in years.
ReplyDeleteIt doesn't last long here. :-)
DeleteYes, it's hard for me to think of Tenn. having snow but can't dispute that photo. Am looking forward to cool down here, then rain next week. We all get unexpected weather, don't we in this climate changing environment.
ReplyDeleteThe weather sure is changing, we all need to work on solving the global warming problem.
DeleteI'm moving into spring but it has been known for snow to arrive even as late as summer. I'm not saying I want it, though, heaven forbid!
ReplyDeleteI understand. :-)
DeleteLove this picture! I hear from my upstate NY friends and family that they are getting hit very hard. Schools closed for 2 days now. I have about 11 more days of warm FL weather before heading home. Sure hope the snow melts by then!
ReplyDeleteOh, dear, I hope it has all cleared off and is warmer for your trip. Fingers crossed for a smooth transition.
DeleteSnow is almost worth it when you have a puppy to watch playing in the stuff. Hope it warms up down there soon!
ReplyDeleteOh it will, wait a day or two, haha.
DeleteWe had snice. Mostly ice, with a deceptive sprinkling of snow. Stayed inside.
ReplyDeleteSorry about that. That is usually what we get, rather than snow.
DeleteIt is chilly! Hopefully warm sunshine is coming.
ReplyDeleteHave a great one.
Thanks! The morning is clear and bright!
DeleteYes, we have snow, up in the NE. But believe me, we could do without it!!!!!!
ReplyDeleteBe happy you are just cold!!!!
Hugs....
I'm happy, believe me - beyond happy! :-)
DeleteOur snow in our yard need to just go away.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on
I bet the yard will be mush. It would be nice if some of it just evaporated, yes?

We never get snow like that!
ReplyDeleteI guess that's a good thing - but I've heard some say they love the cold and the snow ...
DeleteCold enough in Nashville to snow for sure......or maybe its to cold too snow. Who knows. Even though I don't do heat well I am so waiting on spring, just wished it would hang around for awhile and hold summer off a bit.
ReplyDeleteYes, I know, spring on day and summer the next around here. ;-)
DeleteBe glad!! Ours was beautiful and I decided to embrace it and enjoy but seriously... we could have skipped it. Spring's next week ya know...
ReplyDeleteYeah, sure ... ;-)
