Little Blessings

This happy baby is my youngest great-granddaughter with her equally happy mommy. Even though we are many miles apart and I will probably not have a chance to meet them in person - it does my heart good to see them, and smile back.

    Lovely, both of them, but how can you be a great grandmother? I had a great grandmother once and wow, was she old! :-) She spent all day monitoring the activities of my great grandfather, who was also very very very old. She was afraid he'd slip away to the firehouse, where he might play cards with the firemen and have a sip of something she didn't approve of.
